Hello, I am wondering if there is such a thing as a plastic credit card, similar to that of the ULC one (ULC card) for the doctors degree of divinity? I absolutely love the degree, but many Norwegians get a frown once I claim I have a D.D, but with my certificate at home. Other than that, I must say thanks for great service and a great church!

Dear Mauris Sor,

I don't think there is such thing. As far as I know, the Doctor of Divinity only arrives in certificate form, however there is nothing stopping you from ordering your "credit card" style credential with your choice of titles printed on it (room permitting)! While it is not the official degree, it would testify to the fact that you have the D.D. smile.gif

God's blessings,

Rev. Campbell.

is that this one http://www.themonastery.org/catalog/plasti...tial-p-130.html or do you mean a credit card'esque type of thing from outside of the monastery? thanks for quick reply by the way.

I believe that is the one he is talking about.

This might be great idea for the store to add the card for those with the DD. Someone want to suggest it to George?

huh.gif I just noticed BR Joseph saying to suggest a product to George on the “plastic credit card of doctors degree, store question” topic. Who is George and how do you suggest a product because I would really like to see some ULC jewelry. I ware my ULC pin everyday it doesn’t really stand out. I would like a ULC pendant/necklace. Some people might like ULC watches or bracelets. Sincerely Reverend Penny.

George is the head guy and president of the Storehouse. He's quite nifty if you ever get to talk to him. Very intelligent and a great source of useful knowledge. Otherwise just like To`na Wanagi said.

To contact him, you can try the contact page by following this link. If you get anyone else they should be able to assist you as well. (obviously)

I suspect suggestions will be taken gratefully.
