Dear Reita Jennings;
That depends on which state you live and the corresponding laws of the county where the marriage will be performed. Check with your county clerk as to whether or not same-sex marriages are legal yet and follow the directives of that office. I hope this helps......God's Peace....To`na Wanagi

Thankfully though, many states have started allowing same sex marriages. I pray that it is only a matter of time before it is allowed everywhere.
