Greetings to you my friend,

It depends on the church and its leadership. You cannot just walk into any church and expect them to allow you to use their facilities. If the couple being married requests from the pastor of the church they wish to be married in permission for you to officiate at their service, that permission may or may not be granted. It all depends on that churches policy and/or the pastors wishes.

In Christ's service,
Padre
