SO, as many know I have spent some time recently digging into the beliefes of the Catholic Church, which of course (being the history buff I am), led me to dig a bit into the founding of the faith. I have in the past, and again in my readings on this topic, found references to "the lost Gospels". The writtings that were left out of the modern Bible. As I have looked into these books slightly, and given thought to the reasons of thier exclusions, I am left with a wonderful set of questions going through my mind. I feel I have answered most of these myself, for myself, and I thought I would share the questions here, and invite any thoughts on the matter...
1. Was Jesus Christ the Son of Man, the Son of God, or both?
2. Is there a difference in the two?
3. Was Jesus Christ the son of a man, or the son of God?
4. Was Jesus' body raised to Heaven, or merely his spirit?
5. Do any of these facts mean anything in today's society?
I'll share my thoughts to number 5: Yes I believe it does still mean alot in modern times, not that it should, just that it does. I believe people are still in need of the miracles of Jesus, to believe in the teachings of Jesus.
Godly love to you all,
William
