Dear jonathanlobl,

There have been a few ministers on various threads who expressed a desire for meetings in different states. While some had replies, I cannot say if they were successful in their attempts at meeting as none had made any such reports one way or another.
Perhaps you can have a go at it and see what becomes of your efforts. Please do not feel badly if there is no response though as there may be many reasons this may be so.

I too am trying to organise an informal conference in my state. So far replies have been few but if enough are pressing the idea one of these days there will be a conference and it will be the first qand perhaps not the last... Keep pressing on and lets see where has theirs first.
