Hello,
My friends are having their wedding on the beautiful island of Kauai next month. They have asked me to marry them which I feel so lucky to be asked to do.

I just called the office for getting commissioned, and they are going to send me paperwork to fill out. Along with the paperwork, they will need a letter of recommendation. Is that something possible to receive from the ULC or is Hawaii just one of those states that I won't be able to perform in.

Thank you so much. I tried searching, but I only found one other topic on this with no responses so I apologize if this is a commonly asked question.

Have a nice day :)

You need a letter of good standing. Just search the store for it.

I love Kauai, it is so beautiful and does not have so many tourists. I attended a wedding that was held in a Honolulu Hotel a couple years ago, but I wished that was in the beautiful island of Kauai.

I will be performing a wedding for friends next year. I know I have to get a letter of recommendation and get commissioned but I was wondering what exactly is involved with this. Is there a fee? Do they ask me questions? I am intrigued. If someone would assist me it would be greatly appreciated.
