There are hundreds of questions from people who need information about the same things; state laws, legal status, even international questions, etc., and they need to be answered individually. I'm wondering if the forum could create a specific thread providing answers regarding the status of each state, kind of like the site for sermons? I have noticed the same questions come up over and over. If we had such a site, then the poster could simply be referred to that site for answers. Just a suggestion....God's Peace....To`na Wanagi

Greetings to you my sister,

There already is a FAQ about state wedding laws here: http://www.themonastery.org/?destinatio ... rriageLaws

While I too think having a specific thread wouldn't be a bad idea, there would be a issue in keeping it up to date. The laws do change, and I would hate for people to rely on info that may not be current.

In Christ's service,
Padre

I agree. I was ordained sometime during November of 05 (i think) I have lost or forgotten my original email and or password. I have lost several of my former email accounts, be it due to inactivity or changed (not by me) passwords. If I were to guess, I would think sir2th@yahoo or sir2th@hotmail both of them have inadvertantly had passwords changed with no hope of recovery. Therefore all saved emails to those accounts which would have stored password info is also lost to me. My question is, How can I update my original account and also obtain my Date of being Ordained?
Or should I just go ahead and be Ordained again?

Dear Jeff;
First you must determine if you were ordained through the ULC in Modesto, u l c.net, or from this ULC, themonastery.org, in Seattle. Then contact that office which has your original records and they can send you a copy of your credentials for a small fee. Good luck and welcome back.....God's Peace....To`na Wanagi
