I am hoping to perform a wedding ceremony in Washington DC in August. In order to be certified with the DC Superior Court, I need an endorsement from a ULC member already registered with the DC Court, or I need a copy of the ULC charter and bylaws. Can anyone let me know how I might go about getting that information?

I noticed a post from an individual in DC who had the same question, but it didn't seem that she found what she needed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi -

What was the outcome? Can you perform a marriage in DC?

Thanks

I too would like to perform marriages in D.C., however, you need a sponsor who is already able to perform them and who is a ULC certified minister. Have you found any yet? gigic

And I'm yet another person trying to register with DC to perform a marriage this summer in the district.

I find it disheartening to see so many people here on the forum with the same problem - has anyone found a solution? If so, please post it in the forum to help not only myself but all the rest of those trying to officiate in DC.

Thanks-

Andy
