I received a telephone call from a friend who is requesting prayer for a woman by the name of Kay Thornsberry. She is elderly and has had a heart attack. She is like a mother to everyone at my friend Connies church. Everyone is concerned about Kay and they have asked for prayer for her that Gods will be done, whatever that may be. I am asking that, if you have the time, to pray for Kay. Thank you. I will keep everyone posted as to Kays progress.

Thanks brother! It is appreciated. The following is taken from an email that I received from Connie last night ...
"Kay did have a small heart attack and there was some damage but the Pastor called Janine and he said she looked a lot better. She lives alone out in the boonies so she probably felt better just being there. They were keeping her for a few days and a few tests."
Janine is the woman in charge of the prayer chain at the church that Connie attends. Prayer works as Connies email states that Kay looks a lot better. Praise God for He is good!

I just got to this forum but I am praying that everything is going good with Kay now if she is going through something its' probably the enemy jealous that she's changed headships and now she's serving God. The Father will only put on us what we can bear.
Heavenly Father I come to you now in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ thanking you for keeping Sister Kay while she was going through this trial. according to her faith in you God through Christ Jesus I thank you for her healing, her strength and her willingness to learn your word so she will continue to be a doer of the word and not a hearer. I thank you with the forgiveness of all our sins and the love of Christ.
In Jesus name I pray;
