I was very recently ordained into the ULC, however when i tried to pay for my ordination pack, which includes all documents neccessary to my new title which is reverend, there was a failure by the site to accept my bank cards.
Emails have so far been ignored for assistance with this problem.
This has made me believe there is something not quite right.
To make me believe then i ask, what is being done to cure this problem.
I reassure you there are no faults with my card but my bank declined payment as it shows on my statement.
It is not a credit problem as i have checked so what gives?

Hello...
I am not sure what it is you are asking, or insinuating. I had no issues with the online ordination process, nor am I aware of anyone else having issues with it. It almost seemed as if you were saying we may not be legitimate. I assure you we are, and if I am wrong about how I read your message i do apologize. I believe at the bottom of the area were you fill out the info to become ordained there is a contact link you can click on to make a connection with those whom may be able to help you. There may also be a network connection issue between you and the ULC website.
I am sorry you are having troubles, and hope you are able to resolve this problem soon.

also, are you sure you were at this site? this is the ULC monastry, not the main ULC church.

Sounds to me like a problem between the processing center that accepts payments on behalf of ULC and your bank. This does happen on occasion so I would wait a few days and try again. Also contact your bank and see if they recieved the request for payment.

Depending on the bank I would think that it is that bank that made the error if you received a statement that the payment was refused. I can think of 2 banks well known for this (names not stated to avoid troubles). Otherwise you could try double checking to see if the name on the card was imputed correctly as some bankcard companies(read as almost all) do not accept any deviation from what is imprinted on the card face. Other than that I can personally attest that the Monastery Storehouse is legitimate and does their best to make sure you get what you pay for. I am surprised if they have not been able to get back to you about your difficulty as they try very hard to deal with emails as quickly as humanly possible.
I hope this helps.
