This newspaper is filled with articles such as psychology/ metaphysical/ spiritual, etc. It can probably be looked up if you don't receive it. I don't think I should advertise it on the forum.

Two artices that appealed to me was:
1. Maslow: writes of the transformation of humanity into the rhealm of spiritual transcendence.
2. A Kabbalistic Eye on Nature: Nature maintains itself in constant harmony and balance, when this balance is threatened, NATURE utilizes mehanisms to restore it. (Humans are the exception to the rule).
3. The hidden history of Humanity: The state of MAYA.
4: etc.

Did you also know the Native Americans have prophesied the same ideologies? That, when man throws her, Mother Earth or "Ina Maka" as we know her, out of balance, she will correct it with whatever means necessary, even extinction of our species. The water in a goldfish bowl must be changed because it cannot survive in its own cesspool. Does man think he can survive in his own cesspool? God does not save us from ourselves, we must make the decision to be saved first.....God's Peace and welcome to the forum....To`na Wanagi

Again, thanks To 'na Wanagi.

A friend and I were talking, she's a Dr. of Astronomy and Physics which may explain her view point. I told her my concept of nature's balancing act and how mankind is the only "kink in the armor". She came back with, "That's odd being as nature created us". This really knocked me off my feet. No, she does not believe in God. Supposedly, everything NOT made by man is nature. ????????????????

When your friend lies on her deathbed, she will seek more than the tangible. Yes, we are products of nature, but not everything in nature is at peace with everything else. Most things on this planet are parasites, living off something else. Man is no exception to that rule. However, most other creatures do it only to survive, only man does it for greed and to feed his own ego. By the way, the word ego is an acronym for "Edging God Out" and those who say they do not believe in God are the ones who think they can do everything by their own self-will. This fails more often than not, "Pride goeth before the fall". As for me and my house, we will serve God as God reveals His Will to me.....Pilamaya Mitakola....To`na Wanagi

In "nature" all things were placed in order by God. Mankind is "out of order" rebelling against this order. Falling away from the order established by God. Manknd lives an unnatural life in conflict with the principles of God; the principles of nature.

Man is the only creature capable of destroying the entire environment that sustains all physical life. Man is a marauder and a murderer. He is a creature but not the creation of God. He has created himself; his own mind; to be as he is. He has been given the capabilities of the mind to create by God but has missused these powers. He has learned to do and love evil insted of good. Simply because he does not believe in ongoing life and how that life is lived.

As long as man believes there is no ongoing life, he will continue to seek gain in physical comfort and pleasure for his physical body, seeking to acquire money and what money buys, depriving others; stealing from others what is theirs, by hook, crook, and deception.

In the love of God,

I am new to this forum but I find this thread very intrigueing. I first came upon the Native American idea's expressed here by To 'na Wanagi in a wonderful book called "God is Red" by Vine Deloria Jr. I have read it several times. I am not familiar with Kabbalistic writtings but I do know that many of the Eastern faiths express the same views as do many of the older belief systems. It is interesting to me to note the differences between the judeo-christian view that we are to "subdue the earth" our home which provides us with life & other faiths which teach us to be reverant of our planet as our mother. To me it makes more sense to be reverant of that which sustains us & gives us life. The earth was here long before "man" & the earth will be here long after us.

My people have a prophecy that "Ina Maka", Mother Earth, will do what she must to ensure her survival and the creatures who inhabit her. If that means the extinction of the species that are most agregious to her well-being, then so be it. Mankind's ego will also be his downfall and cause his eventual demise. My great x 5 grandfather was the Seneca Prophet named Ganio'dai'o, or Handsome Lake. He prophesied that the Earth as we know it will cease to exist by the year 2100. Note I said, "as we know it", which implies that those who inherit the Earth will become the new stewards who will honor and respect the creation God has given us. Acknowledge our sins against God and Nature and the healing will then begin. Jesus spoke in the Beattitudes that "The meek shall inherit the Earth". Fail to admit our wrongs and we will cease to exist....God's Peace and Love....To`na Wanagi

Does your tribe have similar teachings to the Hopi, with their multiple worlds? In other words, we are now in a certain number world, and the next number is coming? They say that the way to know this is happening is that species from the next world start to appear in this one. I have seen reports of late of numbers of unknown species being "discovered", or maybe uncovered is a better word.

I met a woman years ago who was a pyschic/medium who said the same thing with the exact year, she said she saw nothing past 2100 for "us". I believe in reincarnation, and I have always "felt" like this was my last life and feel that is the reason I feel such a strong pull towards spirituality in this life. I wish I could remember her name. I wasn't as interested back then as I am now, I was only 19 at the time.

I'm not so familiar with the Hopi as I am with some of the other pueblos where I live. The people here don't know much about the Medicine Wheel, sweats, or other plains type rituals and beliefs. Last year however, there were claims of pterodactyl sightings in several communities. And no John, I haven't seen any of them! lol Nor have I relapsed into the bottle. lol...God's Peace and Love....To`na Wanagi
