I have suggested this to others in the past, who were concerned about their States laws, concerning the very same written verbiage of, "just what "regularly established" may be defined as?"

I've said it before and I'll say it again, this is not only a great idea for those currently in PA and New York, but for everyone of us in every State, City, County not only in the USA, but also and maybe especially so in other Countries, such as the UK and Canada as well as all others as far abroad as we absolutely reach. Anywhere there are those who have been ordained in the past, and becoming ordained presently and also for those surely to be added to our ranks in the future.

Interestingly enough, the fact that if any reasonable number of people begin gathering together. Even if only small groups in each town or county, would simply meet for coffee or breakfast once a month or every three months. That could be defined as "regularly established". Therefore even if only on a semi-regular basis, any organized assembly of fellow ULC members should constitute the description fitting regularly established. Provided that someone is acting as a contact, and keeping records of meetings and maybe the chosen subjects discussed or brought up to be discussed as a group. If you want a Business, dont sit back and say woe is me and that is not fair. Treat your business like a business, a professional business. Run it and network it just like any other professional business who became established in order to perform services within the guidelines of the law.

Perhaps this would weigh heavy towards the rights of all of us, especially those of you who are currently ordained and practicing in PA.

So no matter how little or how much you are involved with ULC, getting involved even when you dont have to, that is a sign of character. Perhaps your engaged as a part time or full time Minister. Ok true the law may not affect us as yet. But consider the possibilties if we allow them to take away our Constitutional rights and we are told we cant preach or teach no more. Maybe your chosen area is only occasionally traveling to perform baptisms, or maybe you only occasionally act as a wedding officiant once every couple of years or want to at least be able to. What a shame it would be, to be told that we are not able to engage in such religious practice, including any ritualistic actions anymore. Even if you provide your services for free. This is a special concern for those who want to make a business and life of joining others in the Solemnization of Marriage. Afterall, each jurisdictions own law's, currently now does control all such rights, obligations, priviledges and restrictions over this very practice.

In closing, by forming a regular sort of scheduled fellowship with others in your area, coming and uniting together as a group from within your State. Surely this will go a long way towards each and everyone of you helping ensure and otherwise further protecting your rights as they now are, under the laws of your local jurisdictions.

Yes, that sounds like a great idea!
